Get Started With Trade Act Services
Time is imperative with the Trade Act program.
So that you may be eligible for all the benefits of the program, you must enroll in training or receive a waiver from training within 26 weeks of your layoff, or 26 weeks after your company was certified as eligible by the U.S. Department of Labor, whichever is later.
To Get Started, please follow these steps:

Get It By Email
Send an email to email@example.com requesting to receive the Intake Form.
Within one business day you will receive an email reply with the form attached.
NOTE: The reply email may end up in your Spam or Junk, so be sure to check for that.
Then Return the Form to Us
Fill out all of the blank fields on the form.
Once completed, return it to us by:

Once we have received your completed form, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to discuss your eligibility for Trade Act benefits and your career development options.
