Take part in the support of the Preserve at Oak Meadows, featuring an 18-hole golf course, a practice facility, and a new clubhouse. Owned and operated by the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County. They are seeking a server at their restaurant. Below lists what you will be doing. Pay is $9.00 plus tips.

• Serve guests in a positive and friendly manner, ensuring they feel appreciated and welcome throughout their visit.
• Guide guests through all stages of their clubhouse experience, providing attentive and courteous service.
• Continuously learn and describe Food and Beverage features on a daily basis, offering recommendations and information to guests.
• Maintain and coordinate service at the table with the assistance of fellow team members, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
• Work alongside service assistants to clear and re-set tables, as well as assist in the delivery of food and beverages in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate proper knowledge and service methods in delivering food and beverage offerings to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Operate with a sense of urgency at all times, proactively anticipating guests’ needs and addressing them promptly.
• Efficiently operate the point-of-sale system, tabulating and charging customers for orders, accepting payments, and accurately completing required reporting according to established procedures and policies.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors, management, and fellow service staff, sharing information about customer needs, comments, or incidents.
• Assist with training of new staff.
• Adhere to all procedures and policies established by the District, DuPage Golf, and the Health Department to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform all required opening and closing tasks to prepare and maintain the restaurant for service.
• Follow all safety rules and support a clean, hazard-free working environment.
• Demonstrate strong customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
