Area HR Business Partner

US Foods has an HR position open. This position leads human resources practices and initiatives across the Area hub and market distribution centers (DCs) driving a high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of employees. Oversees human resources activities of the Area’s employee relations matters including company values and culture, employee/management advocacy, talent assessment, recruitment and selection. Accountable for maintaining and impacting human resources metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals.
This position has strategic oversight for 3 Area locations. The selected hire will based in Bensenville with 4 days in office and 1 day virtual. Heavy Labor Relations experience, solid experience in union environments (including collective bargaining) and strong HR fundamentals are required for this role. 7 to 10 years of Exempt HR experience including team leadership strongly preferred.
