The Little Friends Center for Autism is looking to hire a part-time Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) or Behavior Therapist (BT) to their team on weekdays. Compensation: $20 per hour without bachelor’s degree or RBT, up to $23.50 upon getting RBT. The Behavior Specialist will be responsible for providing individual applied behavior analysis skill acquisition services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and other language delays, including:

• Assist with Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised (Ablls-R) for assigned children based on BCBA direction.
• Implement programs based on the program designed by the BCBA.
• Update and maintain client’s program book in an orderly fashion on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with other clinicians at LFCA.
• Meet with parents at the end of session to update them and give them suggestions for home.
• Attend team and staff meetings as assigned
• Report data on goals and objectives to BCBA as requested to meet insurance requirements.
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
• Fill out code encounter form each session
• Write SOAP notes after each session.
• Must act in a professional manner which reflects positively on herself or himself and Little Friends / Little Friends Center for Autism.
