KeHE seeks a Benefits Analyst to join their team. The Benefits Analyst will assist with the analysis and administration of the KeHE Total Rewards program, with a concentration in Health and Welfare plans. They will ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. The Benefits Analyst will also research, analyze, and evaluate our plans and programs. Pay Range: $65,120.00/Yr. – $95,348.00/Yr. Essential Functions

• Researches, analyzes, evaluates, and administers the KeHE Total Rewards program, with a concentration in Health and Welfare plans.
• Monitors benefit trends in the business environment and stays abreast of applicable benefits legislation.
• Maintains and manages relationships with insurance carriers, benefits brokers, and third-party benefits vendors to ensure quality and efficiency of delivery of our benefit programs.
• Reviews, processes, and manages benefits related inquiries received through the KeHE Central ticketing system.
• Review and research discrepancy reports provided by vendors or internal partners, processing necessary corrections to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Creates and maintains processes and procedures to be compliant with state, federal, and IRS regulations.
• Creates and updates SOPs as they pertain to internal processes.
• Works with the communications team in the development of benefits communications.
• Provides exceptional service and support to internal and external customers.
• Maintains safeguards of confidential company information.
