Ray Graham Association’s Emerge Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking passionate, empathetic, and dynamic mental health professionals to join their team working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a mental health professional within RGA’s Emerge behavior health clinic, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans aimed at a holistic approach of providing services to promote long-term health and wellness for those we support. Salary is $50,000 annually commensurate with experience, and they offer benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with a 3% dollar-for-dollar company match, along with sick, vacation, and personal time.
Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Bilingual (Spanish) speaking required.
• Prefer a candidate currently enrolled in a master’s program or seeking licensure, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to show compassion to others.
• Passionate in promoting mental health and wellness.
• Strong written skills, and ability to accurately report information.
