YWCA has a Coordinator position open in the Strong Families Program. This position supports the Strong Families Program including program coordination, data entry and management, program fidelity, and community engagement. Collaborates with the Child and Family Development team, other YWCA staff, community partners, and community collaborations. Responsibilities include:

  • Strong Families workshop and school coordination.
  • Maintain relationships with current presentation volunteers and build roster of volunteers.
  • Occasionally act as presenter when other volunteers and staff are not available.
  • Support grant management and development
  • Collaborate with program director to facilitate board meetings, communications, and events.
  • Staff meeting coordination.
  • Recruitment and outreach.
  • Coordination of events.
  • Volunteer oversight.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff.
  • Support marketing for Strong Families Program.
  • Coordination of fundraising events and activities.
  • Physical and electronic file management.
  • Ensure all physical and electronic files are up to date.
  • Ensure staff and volunteers have all program documents.
  • Ensure data tracking is up to date for grant purposes.
  • Ensure updated physical and electronic files area available to staff.
  • Conduct paperwork training for new staff and volunteers.
  • Take part in being Strong Families community representative by participating in collaborations.
  • Coordinate concrete internal and external resources for Strong Families.
  • Coordinate program inquiries/information/goals/accreditation.
  • Support YWCA projects as needed.
  • Data management/compliance for Strong Families Program.
  • Data reporting.
  • Monitor files and data input to ensure information is accurate.
  • Provide support to staff regarding data input, documentation and policies and procedures as well as assist with onboarding of new staff.
