As a CSM for our Fortis Cybersecurity practice, your primary responsibility is maintaining long-term, post-sales relationships with existing and new customers across a wide selection of companies and industries. Pro-actively work with customers to ensure they continue to receive on-going value from the Sentinel Fortis Services that they have purchased. You will focus on relationship management to ensure that the customers serve as positive references and continue receiving value from the Sentinel portfolio. Qualifications:

  • Ability to ensure proper delivery, onboarding, and adoption of products and services, conduct ongoing compliance & health checks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to drive “time to value” and improve customers overall experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers and vendors on report analysis.
  • Ability to execute complex, large-scale product implementations and related change management activities to strategic accounts.
  • Ability to maintain a solid working relationship including collaborative technical activities with peers.
  • Ability to manage the customer experience life cycle to include quarterly business reviews and reporting.
