SWD is seeking a full-time entry-level Dip Spin Machine Operator for 2nd Shift (Hours: 3pm-11pm). This full-time role must also be able to work Monday-Saturday. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour. New employees will receive performance evaluations and potential raises at 60 Days, 6 Months, and 12 Months, then annually each year after that. Responsibilities/duties:
- Assist foreman with delegated duties.
- Load jobs into the barrels as required.
- Assist in loading and unloading of metal parts.
- Review of shop orders.
- Drive a lift truck.
- Knowledge of proper safety policies and procedures.
- Assist maintenance department technician in troubleshooting line problems.
