The DuPage County Health Department’s Crisis Services team seeks an Engagement Specialist/Peer Support to join their team. You’ll become an integral part of a renowned organization that prioritizes community wellbeing and exceptional care. Responsibilities are listed below.
Salary is $33,825.00 – $38,825.00 annually with shift differential. Comprehensive training program (and we pay you for it.) • Supports maintenance of a safe, therapeutic environment for clients seeking services through Crisis Residential and Crisis Recovery Center programs.
• Facilitates client safety and quality care in Crisis Residential and Crisis Recovery Center Programs, through completion of client rounding, and belongings checks.
• Assists with client medication observation in Crisis programming.
• Performs tasks related to maintaining environmental standards in crisis programming.
• Completes grocery shopping and supply inventories
• May facilitate transportation of our clients in a county vehicle.
