Chervon is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. This manger plans, organizes and lead all facilities. In addition to customer facing, fiscal management, and project coordination skills, the manager should have a good working knowledge of general building systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical), contractor selection/negotiation, and warehousing operations. Ability to comfortably engage at all organizational level is a must. Responsibilities:

  • Support Chervon’s growing business needs, ensuring facilities fundamentals are in place and predictably delivered. This includes ensuring they have enough functional space, furniture, and facility capability. Close coordination with the executive team, HR, finance, and IT is necessary for group success.
  • Financial responsibility for managing both the capital and operating expense budgets. In addition to managing budgets annually and daily, the role is responsible for all vendor management and ensuring that their spend is compliant to Chervon’s financial policies.
  • Provide overall leadership across our associate base by championing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) initiatives. Aside from ensuring regulatory compliance, this role should be a forward leading facilitator to help the management team establish a safety culture.
  • Ensuring facilities and the team members are safe and productive through establishing evacuation protocols, managing CCTV surveillance, managing site security, leading our janitorial and mailrooms, and ensuring large company events occur successfully within onsite facilities.
  • Serves as primary contact for facility related emergencies, which may require evening and weekend work; (24/7 On Call); Primary contact/interface with Municipal authorities, Police, Fire, Utility Services, etc.
