Sentinel is looking for a Helpdesk Agent to join their growing team. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for supporting end users on the phone and resolving their issues. You will be providing customer service and technical support, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory. This positions schedule is Mon-Fri 5pm-1:30am. Candidate will be training 4-6 weeks Mon-Fri from 8:30-5pm. They are seeking flexible individuals that can help with coverage as needed. Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in Helpdesk is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Experience with Windows 7/10 and Active Directory.
- Experience with DNS and DHCP.
- Basic networking skill and remote imaging required.
- Multi-factor authentication, G-Suite, or Apple iOS is a plus.
- SCCM certification is a plus.
- Kaseya experience a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus.
