Entegris is seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer, Control Systems Engineer to join their global control systems team. This role focuses on OT instrumentation, control networks, and cyber vulnerability mitigation. The team supports the company’s largest product lines and spearheads strategic automation initiatives, including new product commercialization, innovative process technology implementation, and the development of automation strategies across their four global manufacturing sites.
As a batch chemical manufacturer serving the semiconductor industry, Entegris requires the highest standards of quality and control. The engineer in this role will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing these standards through continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies.

- Compensation: $116,000 – 145,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role

- Some responsibilities are the following:
- Develop Tenable OT configurations in conjunction with the IT Cyber team.
- Ensure Tenable appliance is configured to capture all devices and traffic within the OT environment.
- Develop SOP’s on how to deploy and configure Tenable OT and other Cyber applications in alignment with ISA99/62443.
- Manage global review and remediation processes.
- Work with the global sites to develop remediation responses to risks based on IT Cyber policies, while protecting plant up time.
- Work to continuously improve our Cyber position through innovative solutions and practices.
- Maintain Entegris and Industry standards.
- Stay informed of Entegris Cyber policies.
- Establish working relationships with the IT Cyber team.
- Remain educated on regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices (ISA).
- Lead automation activities for new products and processes being commercialized.
- Expert advice into process design, P&ID, and instrument positioning/installation.
- Specification of instrumentation in conjunction with process engineer and internal standards.
- Create I/O lists and define/document industrial network infrastructure.
- Work with control systems engineers and process engineers to build SCADA screens using iFix software.
- Simulation testing of new automation programs (SCADA/PLC).
- Commissioning new process – loop testing, troubleshooting, alarm/interlock validation.
- Production support as expert backup to site engineers.
