KeHE has a Supply Chain Operations Systems Manager position open. The Supply Chain Operations Systems Manager will drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) solutions within their distribution operations. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse automation, order fulfillment processes, and system capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory accuracy. This position involves cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and mentoring of system analysts. Some essential functions are the following:

• Implement and optimize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS) for retail and distribution operations.
• Bring industry best practices to enhance business processes and system capabilities within the food distribution sector.
• Evaluate, design, configure, and test WMS and OMS solutions to meet operational needs and improve efficiency.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in warehouse automation and order management, identifying opportunities for innovation.
• Lead system integration efforts between WMS, OMS, and ERP solutions, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms.
• Provide guidance to system analysts on software development, testing scenarios, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations teams to enhance receiving, putaway, picking, replenishment, sorting, and shipping workflows.
• Oversee automation implementations, ensuring effective integration with WMS and host systems.
