• At least 25 years old
• Current Illinois state driver’s license
• No moving violations for the last 3 years
• No suspensions, revocations, DUI’s or reckless driving violations in the last 5 years
• Non-smoker
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Conservative professional appearance
• Safety-minded
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Mature interpersonal skills
• Compassionate spirit and sincere desire to help others
