The Elmhurst Park District seeks a Mini-Funseekers Day Camp Director to join their team for the summer season. You will be dedicated to a team creating a safe, engaging, and fun environment for campers ages 4-5. Campers spend most of their time outdoors with age-appropriate activities and themes. Each week campers will be visited by a special guest for an in-house field trip. Staff to camper ratio is 1:5. As Mini-Funseekers Day Camp Director, you will plan, coordinate, implement and supervise the daily operations of the Funseekers day camp program, serving ages 4-5.
Anticipated starting pay for this position is $19.00 an hour. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, implement, supervise and be engaged in all camp activities.
• Schedule, supervise and evaluate staff.
• Conduct planning meetings with counselors.
• Recommend purchasing equipment and supplies as needed.
• Prepare end-of-season recommendations for next year
