TransChicago Truck Group is looking for a Parts Counter Rep who sells commercial vehicle and equipment parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. Salary is $25-$35/hr. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience, competencies, certifications and education. This role will work Monday-Friday 9-5:30PM. Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts.
• Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair orders.
• Participate in all training programs that are made available.
• Keep current on new products and product updates.
• Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• One plus year’s industry experience.
