- Manage, train, and develop the best trained, professional sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategy to reach company goals.
- Create individual targets for sales team to reach department goals.
- Lead outgoing meetings with customers either in person or online.
- Track and analyze data from sales activities to create positive movement.
- Build customer relationships or attract new leads in our industry.
- Receive incoming sales calls/quote on order inquiries.
- Manage the information provided by sales team and share with outside reps and team.
- Maintain relationships; grow and service existing accounts.
- Â Respond to communications promptly and professionally.
- Recruiting and performance monitoring of sales team.
- Proactively generate sales and promote Core Pipe through outbound initiatives.
- Create a program for the team to contact customers or potential customers on a regular basis.
- Motivate and create incentives for sales team.
- Prepare and conduct regular sales meetings.
- Communicate feedback and market information to the sales team.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up on quotes.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales tea.
