At Entegris, the IT Infrastructure & Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager, Network Engineering. You will be responsible for leading a global team of IT Network engineers to ensure effective daily operations and develop strategies as needed to meet the current and future needs that enable business innovation & growth.
Compensation: $143,500.00-$191,500.00-year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role. Responsibilities:

• Support and contribute thought leadership to the development and implementation of business practices that support the growth and ongoing management of our global IT footprint
• Empower the team to research and recommend long-term solutions aligned with Enterprise Technology goals and plans
• Recruit, direct, and develop a diverse team, maximizing their contributions, professional growth, and ability to cultivate a culture of high-performance, continuous improvement, and quality outcomes
• Establish and optimize technology and processes in partnership in collaboration with key stakeholders across the global enterprise
• Oversee technology ownership, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, contract negotiations, licensing, and vendor management, while innovatively managing budgets and ensuring business compliance to minimize operating costs
• Display leadership outside of regular business hours by spearheading technology responses to major incidents or production outages. Serve as the primary point of contact for on-call staff and effectively communicate the impact and urgency of situations to senior leadership
• Provide strategic direction and operational support for Network Services, including Networking, Voice, Security, and Cloud connectivity
• Establish processes to maintain current and accurate inventory management of technology hardware, software, and related resources
• Drive process and technology improvements to ensure the highest level of performance and availability and improve customer experience
• Oversee the governance, management, and support of the IT and OT technologies
