Esch Construction Supply is seeking a Small Engine Technician to join their team. Salary range is $25.00-$27.00 an hour, plus performance bonuses. What You Will Be Doing:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas-powered and electric small engines (including saws, drills, and other concrete cutting tools).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and fuel system issues.
• Provide expert guidance to customers on equipment care and best practices.
• Ensure every machine that leaves the shop is ready for peak performance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and efficiency.
• Maintain shop organization and cleanliness, including parts inventory.
