Parts Town is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Engineer to support a network of Global Fulfillment Centers (GFCs). This role is critical in, data-driven operational excellence across multiple sites, leveraging labor planning, LEAN distribution, robotics integration, business analytics, slotting optimization, and standard work development.
Salary range is $112,282.02 – $150,234.66. Responsibilities are listed as the following:

  • Labor Planning Across GFCs: Implement and optimize labor planning tools across multiple fulfillment centers; coach local operations teams on workforce planning fundamentals.
  • Business Analytics: Leverage data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across fulfillment centers. Develop KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • LEAN Distribution: Champion LEAN principles across all Global Fulfillment Centers, focusing on waste elimination, space optimization, and productivity improvements.
  • Leverage different technology and WMS across Global Fulfilment Centers.
  • Slotting Optimization: Utilize BCI slotting tools to maximize space and improve order fulfillment rates at each GFC; prioritize strategic product placement to optimize throughput.
  • New GFC Launch Support: Support openings of new fulfillment centers through layout design, labor planning, creation of standard work, and operational ramp-up planning.
  • Inventory and Cycle Counting: Standardize and improve cycle count programs across GFCs; establish processes for handling non-performing inventory and internal product moves.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key onsite partner to Engineering, Operations, and CI teams at each site; actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement network-wide.
