The Illinois Tollway is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with the identification, cultivation, and selection of prospective candidates for career opportunities with the Tollway. Responsibilities are the following:

• Assist with the organization, coordination and management of the hiring process including managing front-line communication and coordination with prospective candidates, post vacancies on internal and external job boards, scheduling candidates for interviews, preparing interview materials, and ensuring hiring files are updated.
• Collaborate with and support the Talent Acquisition to create sourcing and recruiting plans, develop strategies, identify trends, implement action plans and initiatives, and coordinate events to develop pipelines.
• Assist the Pipeline Partnership Liaison in identifying industry partners, coordinating their involvement in the Tollway’s internship programs, marketing the internship programs and partner with the appropriate internal stakeholders to raise awareness and develop advertising materials.
• Assist with the coordination and facilitation of candidate, intern, and mentor professional development.
• Provide routine administrative and logical support.
• Coordinate the scheduling and registration of recruitment events.
• Create and maintain a database to track progress towards filling vacancies.
• Manage and utilize data to drive results across the organization.
• Design and prepare reports for management on recruitment results.
