DuPage Regional Office of Education is seeking a Director of Organizational Leadership for Continuous School Improvement. Under the general supervision of the Regional Superintendent and in collaboration with the Regional Office of Education (ROE) LEADHub Projects, this position will provide vision and leadership in the ongoing establishment of goals, planning, development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of leadership programming offered through the DuPage County Regional Office of Education, including the supervision and evaluation of personnel within the Leadership Department. The Director of Organizational Leadership for Continuous School Improvement has overall responsibility for the federal EIR, LWL, and Bridge project grant implementation, coordination of functions, supervision of coaches, trainers, support staff, and statewide micro credential Professional Development implementation, collaboration with partner Hubs, plans for sustainability in preparation for grant expiration in FY2027, and collaborates with ROE administration and project directors, and performs related work as required. Responsibilities:
Contributes to the administration of the LEAD|ED Projects, including both the EIR primary award, the SEED subaward, state, and federal grants as assigned along with any foundation grants secured to meet matching fund requirements. (EIR, SEED, NPM, LWL, PTL2, Bridge Projects)
Delivers presentations and models facilitation practices for the grant team, state partners, and school district leaders as needed.
Manages the program requirements of the LEAD|ED Projects, state, and federal grants as assigned, including interacting with the ROE Administration, Project Director and others involved in the project. Participates in the design team.
Collaborates in the development of necessary grant-related reports and documentation for submission in accordance with ROE and granting agency requirements.
Works with the ROE Administration and Project Director on annual budget development and external partner contract development and execution.
Drafts and/or distributes communications, special reports, summaries, etc., as required as they relate to LEAD/ED projects.
Maintains relevant grant documentation, including funding agency forms and communications, original proposal submission documents, reference literature, dissemination materials, outcome and other project-related data, mid-year and annual reports, and other pertinent information.
Assists with grant modifications as required, and coordinates planning, and preparation of any supplemental or amendments to grant proposals aligned to the project.
Communicates regularly with internal staff and others from grant partners to build knowledge and awareness of grant-related practices and opportunities.
Assists the Co-Project Directors with project activities, scheduling project work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Leads sustainability of model to recruit and maintain coaches for services to leaders within the Organizational Leadership for Continuous School Improvement
Lead sustainability of model to organize content from Leadership grants into one model to provide to leaders and districts within the Organizational Leadership for Continuous School Improvement (including recruitment, platforms, communications, and process -Leadership Project Proposals).
Co-facilitates Collaboratives for School Leaders (HS, MS, Elem Principal, and APs), including setting meeting dates and seeking expertise from the groups for learning opportunities, as outlined in the Administrator Academy outline (1666).
Collaborates with outside agencies to meet the goals of the DuPage Regional Office of Education.

We pay $2.00 per hour shift differential for all time worked on 3rd shift. *Rate of pay depends on one’s experience, education, and skills.

All Technicians are sent to College of DuPage for classes. Technicians are scheduled for a series of six mechanical and six electrical classes. Classes are during work hours, so Technicians are paid for their time in class. We adjust their hours to spend half their shift on the floor and the balance in the class. Jel Sert pays for this training which includes classroom and lab work. All Technicians are involved in this training despite their experience level.
