MAAC Machinery is seeking an Industrial Machinery Mover to join their team. The primary tasks of the Industrial Machinery Mover (Rigger) involve loading machinery sections onto trucks and containers, assisting in tearing down our machines for paint, moving machine components in and out of paint booth, and organizing our steel racks and bins by use of overhead crane. All of these tasks add to the safety and efficiency of our plant.

Loading within interior dock using a high-capacity forklift and a 10-ton overhead crane.

All Technicians are sent to College of DuPage for classes. Technicians are scheduled for a series of six mechanical and six electrical classes. Classes are during work hours, so Technicians are paid for their time in class. We adjust their hours to spend half their shift on the floor and the balance in the class. Jel Sert pays for this training which includes classroom and lab work. All Technicians are involved in this training despite their experience level.
