Presented by Courtney Hedderman of AARP Illinois, this session will help you recognize the value of your experience, address age-related challenges in the job search, and build confidence in today’s evolving job market.

Senior Associate State Director – Advocacy & Outreach
AARP Illinois

Courtney Hedderman leads advocacy, community education, and grassroots outreach efforts for AARP Illinois. Her work includes health care policy, community partnerships, and programs supporting older adults across Illinois.

Prior to joining AARP, Courtney served as Public Policy Director for Health & Disability Advocates. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Ball State University.
