Sentinel is looking for an Overnight Helpdesk Agent to join their growing team. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for supporting end users on the phone and resolving their issues. You will be providing customer service and technical support, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365, Windows 7/10, and Active Directory. This position is remote with occasional onsite support in Downers Grove, IL.
This positions schedule is Friday – Sunday 7pm -7am. The first 4 weeks will require you to work 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday for training. Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Helpdesk is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
  • Experience with DNS and DHCP.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Sec+, CompTIA Network+, Azure, or Microsoft related.
  • High level of knowledge in bug fixes, software/hardware updates, network, and server administration.
  • Multi-factor authentication, G-Suite, or Apple iOS is a plus.
  • Reimaging experience required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish language is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a plus.
