Sentinel Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer with CCNA level expertise in Routing and Switching. This is a high-impact role requiring deep technical knowledge, and strong customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced enterprise environment and play a key role in supporting and optimizing complex network infrastructures.
Salary range is $60,000 – $70,000. Qualifications:
- CCNA certification or equivalent hands-on expertise is required.
- Experience in network engineering/support.
- Basic understanding of routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, etc.)
- Familiar with firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and F5 load balancers.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues in production environments.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
