Matrix Plastic Products is looking for a motivated, hands-on Apprentice Mold Maker / Toolmaker to join their plastic injection molding team in their brand-new facility. In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced mold makers to learn the skills of the trade while assisting in the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of precision molds and mold components used in their manufacturing operations. As an apprentice, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience performing essential mold-making tasks, ensuring molds meet strict quality and performance standards through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. In addition to on-the-job training, you’ll participate in a structured apprenticeship program coordinated through the Technology & Manufacturing Association (TMA), providing classroom instruction and industry-recognized training to support your career growth. Starting rate for this position is $19.00 an hour.
