Access Community Health Network seeks a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team. Pay range is $17.00 – $20.00. Position Summary:
- Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming and supportive environment at the front desk.
- Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure their visit is smooth and efficient.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS’ patient-centered medical home model.
- Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
- Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience with Epic, one of the world’s leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
