Home and Hearth Caregivers is seeking Caregivers to join their team. They are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical care to clients in their homes. Caregivers play an essential role in helping clients maintain their independence while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is part time but can work up to 40 hours. Pay starts at $18.00 an hour. Benefits (if applicable): Flexible scheduling; Weekly same day (tap check); and Referral bonuses.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and tidying living areas.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
  • Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
  • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities when required.
  • Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or mental condition.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Follow each client’s individualized care plan.
  • Maintain confidentiality and treat all clients with dignity and respect.
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous caregiving, CNA, or home care experience is preferred but not required.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (if transportation is required).
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely as needed.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility.
  • Ability to work in various home environments.
