Billco is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet our high standards of quality. Monday – Thursday 6 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. _ Overtime as needed on Fridays. Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour. Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathe machines according to specifications and blueprints.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Visual inspect and measure production throughout the day using precision measuring devices.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and work with team on troubleshooting issues that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
- Assist in secondary operations, such as stamping and laser marking.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
