Perma Seal is seeking a skilled Experience Concrete Finisher to join their team and contribute to indoor construction projects. Looking for someone who has experience pouring and finishing basement floors, sidewalks and concrete patios. Your attention to detail and expertise in concrete finishing techniques will be essential in achieving high-quality results. Pay range is $35 – $45 per hour. Essential Job Functions:

• Perform concrete finishing tasks indoors, including smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Apply various finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and stamping to achieve desired surface textures and appearances.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, patching, and applying bonding agents as necessary.
• Monitor concrete curing processes and apply curing compounds or sealants to protect finished surfaces.
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure proper coordination and sequencing of concrete finishing activities.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use to ensure they remain in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and project managers to provide updates on progress and address any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to project specifications and quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to concrete finishing techniques.
