ATMI Precast is looking for a hands-on, skilled Maintenance Technician to keep their manufacturing operation running at its best. If you’re experienced with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and facility maintenance, and you enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations. You will handle everything from equipment repairs to facility upkeep and preventative maintenance, ensuring production never skips a beat. Pay range is $30.00 – $45.00 an hour. They offer health benefits, paid time off and more.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair diesel-powered manufacturing equipment, hydraulic systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to avoid downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel-related issues.
• Replace, repair, or calibrate components to keep equipment at peak performance.
• Conduct general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC support, minor plumbing, painting, and basic building repairs.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance work and repairs.
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and layouts to guide maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying potential equipment or facility upgrades.
• Follow all safety protocols and assist in training junior maintenance team members.
• Be available for Saturday work as needed.
