Perma-Seals seeks an Inventory Control Manager to join their team. The Inventory Control Manager is responsible for leading their second-shift warehouse team and ensuring that inventory is accurate, organized and ready when teams need it.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for inventory control, warehouse organization, material movement, cycle counting, receiving and staging, along with the day-to-day leadership and development of approximately six warehouse employees.
The right person will be comfortable working in the warehouse alongside the team while also using systems, reporting and inventory data to identify problems, improve processes and maintain accountability.
