Midwestern University has an opening for the Enterprise Systems Manager. This position will lead the Information Technology Services team responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing operation of Midwestern University’s cloud enterprise systems portfolio, including Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP, EPM, Financial Aid, and Student) and the Jaggaer Procure2Pay system. The position supervises the functional analysts supporting each Oracle Fusion pillar and the technical analysts responsible for integrations, conversions, reporting, and custom development.
During the Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation, the Manager is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and technical soundness of the University’s delivery work: configuration and functional design, data conversion, integration development, reporting and analytics, and extensions. The Manager assigns and balances team capacity against project demand in coordination with the Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Systems, who owns the integrated project plan and schedule.
Following go-live of each Oracle Fusion pillar, the Manager, Enterprise Systems assumes steady-state ownership of the platform and the broader cloud enterprise systems portfolio. The position is responsible for the performance, reliability, security, and continuous optimization of these systems; for the coordination of Drivestream Application Managed Services (AMS) and other ongoing vendor relationships; and for the technical roadmap of the portfolio as it matures. The Manager works closely with the Enterprise Systems Architect, the functional pillar leads, and Information Security to ensure that Midwestern University’s cloud platforms continue to serve the institution’s mission and strategic priorities.
