Billco Corporation seeks a Multi Spindle Screw Machine Operator to join their team. This position will be operating multi spindle screw machines to machine metal bar stock pipe fittings. • Essential Functions of the role:
  • Operate Acme Gridley multi-spindle screw machines daily.
  • Read and follow blueprints and shop orders for product specifications.
  • Stocking machines with raw material.
  • Start machines, observe operations, and conduct inspections with precision measuring devices.
  • Monitor and meet cycle times, tolerances and maintain optimal machine efficiencies.
  • Operating bench grinders to sharpen tools and drills.
  • Visual and gaging inspections conducted throughout the day.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving at the machine centers.
• Job Requirements:
  • Required – 3-5 years experience operating Machinery.
  • Required- 3-5 years experience using precision measuring devices.
  • Mechanic experience, a plus.
  • Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs.
  • Must be capable of bending, standing, and lifting throughout shift.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum high school graduate or GED.
