TransChicago Truck Group is seeking a candidate to fill the New Truck Sales Representative position. The New Truck Sales Representative solicits commercial truck sales business from assigned accounts and/or through personal and phone contacts. Compensation is $30,000 base salary plus commission on new truck sales and financing. What you need to succeed (Skills):

  • Continuously prospect for new customers.
  • Maintain and grow client and prospect databases.
  • Create accurate vehicle specification documents in-line with customer requests.
  • Manage communication and follow-up with existing customers.
  • Responsible for completing sales orders, securing deposits using available systems tools.
  • Communicate all warranty, financing benefits and dealership after-sale services.
  • Meet established performance criteria as determined by sales manager.
  • Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and DOT medical card.
  • Familiarity with the trucking industry is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and business acumen.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
