Dukane Precast is seeking Production Associates to join their team. They have openings at both locations, Aurora and Naperville. The Production Associate performs the daily activities associated with the production of precast concrete panel in a safe, productive, and accurate manner. Pay range is $17.00 – $21.00 hourly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans, waxes forms
- Sets bulkheads, reveals, block-outs, and windows per blueprint specifications
- Caulks
- Lays out cable, rebar, and mesh
- Ties mesh and rebar to cable to secure
- Lays out top cable, rebar and mesh
- Stresses cable and top cable using machine
- Places and cuts insulation
- Pours top layer concrete
- Rakes and shovels
- Places hardware in fresh concrete
- Finishes concrete to specified finish
- Clean area daily
- Covers form
- Wears required PPE and complies with all safety policies and OSHA standards
