You will be working one-on-one with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities while building your career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Pay: $22–$26/hour with a Sign-On Bonus of $500 after successfully completing 90 days of employment. - Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and accurately document client data and progress
- Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support positive behavior and skill development
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support client goals
- Requirements
- Active RBT Certification required**
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team
