Essential Job Functions:

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled appointments.
• Listen to customers’ needs and inspect their homes.
• Educate homeowners on solutions to protect their investment.
• Present customized recommendations and financing options.
• Build relationships based on trust—not pressure.
• Close sales and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage your schedule and customer follow-up using our CRM.
