Cooper’s Hawk has a Senior Specialist position open for Email and Mobile Marketing. The Sr. Email Marketing Specialist will serve as a creative, results-driven channel expert to lead the execution of ongoing acquisition, engagement, and retention marketing initiatives for the Wine Club and restaurant brands (Coopers Hawk, Piccolo Buco, and others). This role will partner closely with their Marketing Analytics team to develop and maintain CRM programs/marketing communications via email & mobile push channels powered by analytic insights and predictive models. What you will be doing:

  • Plan and execute CRM programs and campaigns for Email & Mobile to meet growth, revenue, retention, and engagement targets and to maximize lifetime value, working with the greater marketing team, operations/finance/training/IT teams.
  • Manage Email & Mobile (push and in-app messaging) calendars and execution; optimize the effectiveness of programs and enhance with added lifecycle components, targeting, personalization features, and design templates.
  • Develop creative assets and compelling content programs, collaborating with marketing, social, and web teams.
  • Manage cross-channel hand-off/coordination (email, mobile, web, in-restaurant) to ensure a seamless experience; provide direction for the creation of landing pages and content on owned websites.
  • Monitor results for email/mobile channels and by individual campaigns, working with the Analytics team, in order to identify opportunities and craft ongoing improvement strategies.
  • Perform QA tests and verify that email renders accurately across email clients and ISPs; perform cross-device testing of email campaigns (desktop and mobile).
  • Continuously improve channel engagement metrics; manage the health of email/mobile lists (deliverability) and reputation of domains.
  • Build strong relationships and be a trusted partner to internal Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
