Jel Sert has Warehouse Lead positions available for all shifts. The Warehouse Lead will assist the supervisor by acting as a pipeline between supervisor and employees, maintain safety and quality standards and filling in as a relief worker. Salary is $21.50 – $23.00 per hour. Their benefits programs that can be reviewed here.
Accountabilities:

• Conform to Jel Sert safety procedures, GMP requirements and work instructions.
• Direct the workforce and ensure product quality and work standards are being fulfilled.
• Supply workers with necessary materials and ensure correct materials are present.
• Training of existing staff and new employees.
• Ensure employees are in position on time after breaks and lunch and at start up.
• Relieve staff as necessary.
• Identify safety and quality issues.
• Follow applicable work procedures and instructions; monitoring of critical control points (CCP’S) and quality control points (QCP’S). If applicable. monitor quality critical control points (QCCP”S).
• Perform other similar work as required.
