Jel Sert is seeking Warehouse Leads for all shifts. This position assists the supervisor by acting as a pipeline between supervisor and employees, maintain safety and quality standards and filling in as a relief worker. Pay is $21.50 – $23.00 an hour. • Conform to Jel Sert safety procedures, GMP requirements and work instructions.
• Direct the workforce and ensure product quality and work standards are being fulfilled.
• Supply workers with necessary materials and ensure correct materials are present.
• Training of existing staff and new employees.
• Ensure employees are in position on time after breaks and lunch and at start up.
• Relieve staff as necessary.
• Identify safety and quality issues.
