Thanks to a WIOA grant, Susan, a former Carson's employee, enrolled in The Office Technology Information program at the College of DuPage (COD). Her grant covered the entire cost of an Administrative Assistant and Meeting/Event Planning certificate. Shortly after she landed a job earning even more than she made at her previous employer of forty years.
