Let's Talk Job Search

Embracing Change: Building Resilience After Job Loss

Lost your job and feeling stuck?  We’re here to help you move forward! 💪 Job loss is traumatic, and it can take a toll on both your mental health and your job search.

Join us for an empowering discussion on overcoming the impact of job loss. Together with our special guest presenters from Ellie Mental Health, Celia and Neelima, we’ll explore the impact that stress and grief can have on your job search, including:

👉 Low confidence or self-esteem
👉 Difficulty focusing or making decisions
👉 Avoiding the job search out of fear of rejection
👉 Isolating yourself from support
👉 Feeling exhausted or overwhelmed

Attending this session will give you a deeper understanding of your experience and equip you with real skills to break through the barriers holding you back. 🚀

Don’t miss this chance to start your journey toward a brighter future! 😎
