Jackie Throop, SPHR, Director Outsourced HR & Recruiting Services at HR Source
Jackie Throop has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources as well as her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation (SPHR). Jackie stays notably informed in all areas of HR and its latest trends but focuses her time on talent acquisition, employee retention and employee engagement.
Currently at HR Source Jackie leads the Outsourced HR & Recruiting Services team. In this role, she works as somewhat of a matchmaker connecting her team of experienced HR Professionals to help manage members’ HR needs. These needs include recruiting, day-to-day HR support, and even the most challenging of HR projects.
