Jel Sert is seeking Leads for all shifts. The Lead assists the supervisor by acting as a pipeline between supervisor and employees, maintaining safety and quality standards and filling in as a relief worker. Minimum pay is $21.50 an hour. Regular full-time corporate employees of Jel Sert are eligible for their benefits programs that can be reviewed here.
Responsibilities:

• Must follow Jel Sert safety procedures, GMP requirements and work instructions.
• Direct the workforce and ensure product quality and work standards are being fulfilled.
• Supply workers with necessary materials and ensure correct materials are present.
• Training of existing staff and new employees.
• Ensure employees are in position on time after breaks and lunch and at start up.
• Relieve staff as necessary.
• Identify safety and quality issues.
