Let's Talk Job Search Artificial Intelligence in the Hiring and Recruiting Process: What Applicants Need to Know
Friday, February 28th 9am - 11am.
Approximately 80 percent of all employers are using AI in some way for HR. Of those, the majority are using AI in the hiring process. Hear directly from the EEOC what applicants need to be aware of in order to avoid potential discrimination in the hiring process.
This technology is evolving rapidly! We want to hear from you about your experiences with AI and concerns of discrimination you may have experienced as a result of an employer’s use of AI in the hiring process.
