Ranging from hiring events to digital literacy courses, networking events to legal consultations, these free events are an excellent resource for all DuPage residents! As a job seeker, you have two “deposits” to worry about – Cash Deposit and your Mental Deposit.
Conor can’t help you right now with your net-worth or cash situation, but he can and will help you with your self-worth and mental well-being by providing down-to-earth suggestions to help you stay Sane, Motivated and Productive during any challenging time.
We'd love to have you join us for this very special 2nd anniversary celebration of Let's Talk Job Search. Fun Fact: Conor was the presenter for our very first Let's Talk Job Search session in April 2023!
Speaker bio
Conor Cunneen – IrishmanSpeaks is happily exiled in Naperville where he says the Guinness is good – the natives are friendly and he has been force fed more corned beef and green beer than he ever had in Ireland.
He has a deep and abiding passion for those in job search and as an Irishman is proud to be a recipient of the President’s Gold Medal for Volunteer Service for the work he does with the unemployed from President Obama. As a business speaker, his clients range from Harley-Davidson to Helsinki, from Memphis to Madrid.
Conor is a multiple author (including two books on Mark Twain) and a Chicago Humorous Speaker of the Year so we can expect laughter and learning. He likes to play Metallica loud. His wife does not like him to play Metallica loud!

- Create a supportive community in which to openly discuss the real experience of today's job market
- Educate job seekers on important employment topics
- Facilitate a sense of community and camaraderie for job seekers
- Provide valuable resources, insight, and advice to help demystify and facilitate the job search process
Let's Talk Job Search is FREE and open to the public. Advance registration is recommended but not required.
