The Elmhurst Park District has an opening for the Administrative Assistant position. The Administrative Assistant will perform general administrative office functions, provide clerical support and customer assistance, compile data, develop reports, and deliver interoffice mail to local locations.
Qualified applicants must possess an Associate’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of general office experience. The best candidates will have proficiency in computer word-processing and spreadsheet software applications and registration software. In addition, candidates will have the ability to work independently and manage simultaneous projects. Candidates must be organized, and have excellent communication, grammatical and problem-solving skills.
HOURS & PAY
Workweek is Monday – Friday and hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The anticipated starting pay for this non-exempt position is $42,746. Actual salary will depend upon qualifications. Nice benefits are offered.
