The DuPage County Health Department is hiring for a Behavior Health Services Supervisor in their Residential Program. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide talented behavioral health professionals across several residential sites. You’ll provide both clinical and administrative leadership to teams delivering care 24/7—making a meaningful impact every single day in the lives of those they serve. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, rotating on call every 4^th week. Salary is $60,600.00 – $80,800.00. Benefits include 12 paid holidays, 3 weeks paid leave (vacation and personal days), paid sick time, health insurance, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, eligibility for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program, pension eligible for secure retirement. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze program outcomes, implementing quality control processes to ensure effectiveness.
• Recommend and initiate improvements that increase efficiency, enhance service quality, and create positive operational impacts.
• Interview, hire, and train assigned staff.
• Provide both administrative and clinical supervision to staff delivering clinical and case management services across residential settings.
• Serve as a liaison with external agencies and individuals who share a mutual interest in the department’s work.
• Participate in emergency response activities as assigned.
• Maintain all required training, licensure, and certifications; safeguard confidentiality of privileged information; and strictly adhere to patient privacy laws.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse ethnic groups and cultures.
• Remain available to respond to client, site, and staff needs 24/7, adjusting your schedule as needed to provide supervision across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
